But the workplace version is quieter: the RFP clearly written by ChatGPT that nobody questioned. The proposal reviewers who never read the documents. Leaders outsourcing thinking to AI because it's faster and doesn't push back.

When you remove the human variable, you remove the very thing that catches what data cannot see. The tone of voice that says "I'm not okay." The context that changes everything. The experience that says "this doesn't feel right."

This is an embedded vs. embodied problem. You embedded AI into your workflows, decisions, and strategy. You may not have embodied the critical thinking required to know when AI is wrong.
